Hi, I’m Sav, the founder and owner of Alchemy. I was born and raised in Virginia Beach. My husband and I built this space together with the intention of offering bodywork that feels transformative, grounded, and real. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me with our two standard poodles, recharging and soaking in the quiet moments that keep me balanced. My own journey, including losing over 70 pounds, has reshaped how I understand change, comfort, and the courage it takes to care for yourself. That experience influences everything I do. Transformation isn’t just possible. It’s deeply personal, and I honor that in every session. I studied massage therapy at the Cayce Reilly School of Massotherapy and esthetics at the Chrysm Institute of Esthetics, both here in Virginia Beach. Those foundations taught me the importance of intuitive, intentional work. Over the years I’ve blended those skills with a darker, moodier aesthetic and an approach centered around presence, energy, and depth. Alchemy is built for people who want more than a “spa appointment.” It’s for those who crave a space to let go, reset, and reconnect with themselves. My goal is to offer bodywork that meets you where you are and supports who you’re becoming.
